The following terms apply for all Artists wishing to exhibit their work:

• For an annual fee of £15.00, Chiltern-Art will place samples of Artists work on their own dedicated web page.

• Artists are free to sell their work to third parties without paying commission to  Chiltern-Art.

• Chiltern-Art will not be responsible for any third party agreements between Artists exhibiting on this site and their potential clients wishing to purchase works of art.  

• No changes will be made to an Artists web space without their prior approval.

• Artists will own the Copyright of all items they are exhibiting, although it will be managed by Chiltern-Art.

• Chiltern-Art cannot take any responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by an Artist, Chiltern-Art reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless proof of permission is given in writing to use such material.

• Chiltern-Art will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of income due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by a given Artist or any of their appointed agents.

• Chiltern-Art will not display any work of an adult or illegal nature.

• Registered charities are welcome to advertise on Chiltern-Art forthcoming exhibitions, workshops etc free of charge. Non-charitable organizations will be charged a fee, details on request.
